Also Our RPI should improve slightly as we play MSU, UK, and LSU. But we really need to win 3 or 4 more games in order to really help our RPI. We really need to get our RPI to #39 or better to have a shot.

Long Story short. We have a very real chance of qualifying for a regional but probably wont make one unless we go on a tear sometime in the next 5 weeks.

As of right now we are not projected in a regional but here is who is.

Hate to bust the bubble of your hard work. Your scenario has us 12-18 in the SEC. No 12-18 SEC team has made a regional in the modern era. You need to find us 2 more wins to get to 14-16 to have a real shot at a regional. Also the target RPI number is 30 or better after the SEC Tourney. We have had a few 14-16 teams with RPIs in the 30s that did not make a regional. Whether we get to 13 or 14 conference wins a post SEC Tourney RPI of 30 or better is a must to feel safe based on past selections.

Scoreless through 3 innings in a must win series. Arky has the only hit. Both pitchers are dealing.

AU gets 2. Up 2-1 in the bottom of the 6th.

On a related note softball comes from 6-2 down in the last inning to beat #23 TAMU 7-6.

So we'll lose 3-2 and leave men on base in the 9th?

Intentional walk to load the bases since the runners that matter are already on 2nd and 3rd.
