Weird that he has been saying all along that he will commit on his birthday, Feb 9, and then randomly commits. What’s the big hurry when the bag is at your door? Seems like one of the parties asked him to cut the crap and commit or gtfo.

I try not to get too high over verbal talk. When a guy gives a verbal and then doesn't sign at the first opportunity it gives anyone reason for pause.

Honestly if he loves UAT that much given the state of things, then I’m done and moving on. Hard to understand given his relationships and ties to AU. Is it just about the highest bidder? Move on
