I am for the swoosh, I refuse to wear anything other than polo UA gear because it falls apart easily. What ya think?

Talked about it in another thread but can’t remember which one. Joke said the same about a week ago. Said Tim Cook likely has a hand in it and also said he likely had a hand in Auburn getting a better deal than what was initially on the table.
Sounds like it’s Nike barring any crazy last minute issues.

Summer 2025 most likely. There’s a chance Auburn terminates the UA contract early but Hoke also said Auburn was making it a point to end on good terms with UA.

I don't like Nike because of the partnership with Colin Kaepernick but I already have plenty of Auburn gear so I guess it doesn't matter

I'm cool with it, UA gear is notorious for falling apart. I had shorts break mid heavy squat and never wore them again after that for fitness. Nike can possibly bring in extra athletes and be better for footwear for both football and basketball, not to mention the other running sports

Very much support. UA has made some good fan apparel that I’ve liked, but otherwise I don’t think they’ve been anything special.

Yeah, I got tired of seeing our athletes toss their under amor for Nike during their Pro days. It was painfully obvious that UA was the inferior brand when it came to equipment. Also this will help basketball TREMENDOUSLY

I hate Nike as a company, but that’s no endorsement of Undef Armour. Whatever makes sense for Auburn is the way I hope they go. With NIL, it’s hard to see it being as big a deal in recruiting as most make it, but whatever helps. I just hope we don’t start wearing stupid football uniforms because of it.
