I'm really glad we're not friends in real life. You'd be depressing to be around.

Never again will Auburn have the #1 ranked defense in the nation.

I typed Auburn and defense into Google.

The first 5 hits talked about Auburn giving up a record number of yards, and what went wrong with Auburn defense and on and on and on. If you were going to lament the death of our defense, you should have started years ago.

As it stands now our current HC and coaching staff are 0-0, and have given up 0 TDs to the opposition.

Two Stupid things about this post:
1. Having a good offense doesn't mean you won't have a good defense. The first half - the team shouldn't be "tired".

2. Every year AU has been bad arse - the offense has always been stellar. Examples: Terry Bowden 93' -put up more points than we had ever seen under Dye. Solid Defense. 2004 - Entire Offense backfield went first round. 3 WR's went Pro and I believe a few offensive linemen did as well. D' was good not great. 2010 - Same freaking thing.

Plus - for 85$ a ticket- I want to see some freaking Touchdowns!! Offense wins Championships - did you not just watch UGA/UA game; You think that was Defense on either side?

I agree with your general sentiment, but we had the top scoring defense in the country in 2004, our defense was amazing that year.

Did you seriously just compare the 2004 defense to the 2010 defense? You lost me there. The 2004 Defense was bad arse. A bunch from that defense went on to the NFL and a good chunk actually had success in the NFL. The 2010 defense was pretty much Fairley and Bynes. Mostly Fairley though.
