Ok that is retarded. Probably sounds cool in garrison, but not here, hero.

If Chip wants to come, let him. I like Gus. Think he is a good man. I just don't see him devoting his being to coaching like Chip would. This year was a complete disappointment, and a reflection of Gus' coaching ability.

So what you are saying is that one former Auburn football player doesn't want to make a hire (maybe a few)? This, on its face, is laughable.

Bammer's love them some Auburn snowflakes.

Find every excuse you can not to hire a great coach.

You will get out of this process exactly what you put into it. Do the hard thing.

I don't think Chip has any interest in coming back to college. I think he'll be an OC in the NFL somewhere and that's what he'll stay doing for the rest of his career.

An AA claiming whites are racists? Color me shocked. CT couldn't catch a clue if it hit him in the hands for a game winning TD

I've always been on the Gus Bus, but with Chip available throw a blank check at him.

frick yes. Kelly is being offered to us on a silver platter right now. All the teams that made coaching hires already are kicking themselves, and we could swoop in and get the biggest prize of all. Kelly would dominate with the recruiting Auburn offers, something he never had a Oregon.

Exactly. Sometimes in life, you just have to jump on a golden opportunity even if the timing isn't right.

The play calling is so atrocious. No way to sugar coat it. It seems to never adjust to the QB. Just terrible.

Yeah and it's like the same 5 plays over and over. Pettway saved Gus's job.

Kelly would be a bad fit for pretty much every high profile CFB job that has large media scrutiny and public obligations... he's as personable as a potatoe and hates to recruit. He's basically the anti Pete Carol.

Oregon was a perfect fit for chip... But he would fail and piss of 99% of a fanbase at pretty much every major job IMO (assuming he didn't automatically win at a Saban or Meyer type clip, which is tough but not impossible).

Another big problem is Pett was here for three years, and it took massive attrition before he got a chance. GM eye for talent is scary bad.

That's retarded... blaming Gus because Pettway blew up his sophomore season? Gus deserves a bunch of shite for last night and how this season played out, that shouldn't be one of them.

He has the most NFL potential at RB since Caddy and Ronnie. It is hard to believe that watching him in practice, no one said "You know, Kam is better than any other RB on the roster."
