I'll say this and I'm not deviating...we need to move on from CEJ. It's just the way it works. Some coaches aren't meant to be. Sure our defensive recruiting might take a hit, but it's better than fielding a defense that lacks fundamentals and discipline. A solid defensive hire wound turn these guys into a better product than what we're seeing right now.
