Going 1-6 in the last seven games will do that. But this year I'm really confident. They are breaking in a lot of new important positions. It's at JH. Gus knows we've had problems against LSU. I expect he will have them ready to avenge the losses. frick LSU, so hard.

Marshall gets hurt against Arkansas and we ride the turnover train to 8-5.

Just rewatched the UGA game. And it's still freaking sweet. Especially watching Murray get pissed and then crushed by Ford to end it.

I think people are giving Freeze way too much credit. I don't think I saw another coach make as many derp decisions last year like him. Bo Wallace is also not a big game QB. I think we win by double digits against them this year.

This schedule is absolutely brutal though. If we go undefeated against this schedule that would be amazing. The crazy part to me is that no one should be shocked if we do. We need to get out to a fast start this year. I think if we come out rolling then its gonna be really tough to slow us down all year.

I'm with Rocky and Lanier though. With all the talent we have coming back and the Mad Genius at the helm is 15-0 and this ship!

I worry more about Dak than Bro....For some reason the Grinders play us hard as hell, especially in that shithole of a stadium they play in

Yeah, that game really worries more than any game but Bama really. It's a perfect letdown game right after LSU and on the road.

Yep, and they play us like we are their superbowl. If we have a tough/emotional game against LSU, MSU could upset us.

Tray Matthews is on a tight leash. Wouldn't have taken him if we didn't think he would behave like we expect.

Lawson expects to be back by fall practice. Little too optimistic but definitely shouldn't be out for the season.

Duke is actually Doogus but is now going by Duke.

Dismukes and Kozan locked in as starters. Coleman pretty much locked in as starting LT. 3 person battle for RG/RT. Slade, Miller, Young

Mathews- Is on a tight leash and will be expected to meet strict standards while at Auburn

quote:

“We are not going to cosign on foolishness,” Garner said. “This isn’t going to be about individualism. This is going to be about Auburn. If you want to be about Auburn, then you need to be about Auburn. I want to see you grow as a man. Sometimes it’s amazing what second chances can do for you.”

Lawson- He feels he will be ready by Fall camp, others think he is being overly optimistic. He is progressing fast. Unlikely he will miss the entire season, but no one is sure what the real timeframe is at this point.

D Williams- "Duke" is a nickname Auburn has given him according to D'aquille. He said his real nickname is Dogus (pronounced Doogus). His brother said it looks as if he will be Duke at Auburn and Dogus at home. His momma was surprised that our fans had renamed her son.

OL- There will be some battles for positions.
Kozan and Dismukes are set, but rest of line still to be determined.
