If you're indeed in the city limits then Charter is available. Prayers sent.

If it were me I would do salellite instead or better yet, do neither & get internet only since you likely absolutely need internet. Why? Because you can get a really cool & good high quality streaming device like the Roku 3 for only $100. It has nearly every tv & media app you can think of. All live ESPN content is available. As long as you have a descent net connection the picture quality is great as long as your HDTV aint a POS.

I have cut the cord and just because you are subscribed to internet, it does not give you access to WatchESPN or any other streaming app. I had Comcast Cable before and could use the app. The moment I went to Comcast Internet only I could no longer use it. You could use a friend or relatives login if they are subscribed to the channel.

My advice:
Internet - I am with WOW! now $30/month for 30mbps. This is great for HD steaming.

TV - SlingTV is awesome if you want Sports. $20/Month for ESPN, ESPN2. +$5/month for SEC Network, ESPNU, Goaline, Bases Loaded, and Buzzer Beater.
SlingTV Packages
If you prepay for 3 months they will give you 1 of your choice:
Free Fire Stick
Free Roku Stick
50% off Roku 3 ($100 Reg price)
50% off Nexus Player (Was $100 but I think they just cut it to $80)
$50 off Fire TV ($100 Reg Price)

For Network Channels (CBS, NBC, ABC, and FOX) I use an Indoor antenna. To see what channels you can get based on your location check Here.

Using my old apt in Auburn's address, Anything in green you could get with an indoor antenna. You might need a decent one since most of them are 35-50 miles away.

What sucks for me is that I can't watch the Stanley Cup Playoffs on NBCSports at the moment. But I got a friend's Comcast Login, and use it on the NBCSports Live Extra app.

You have to pay the extra $5 for the sports package to get it.

I know. I just didn't see it listed in the package. I saw the other sports channels.
