re: Muschamp to usc?

When I was at Auburn and Bowden was about to quit, or had quit, the media rushed to town. One of them, I think from Birmingham, came down in the news helicopter and while the reporter ran into town we hung out with the pilot at the airport. I worked there.

Sitting in the lobby I made a joke about something related to why Bowden left and attributed it to a Tigerette I knew.

Pilot within a minute or two got up, walked outside and phoned it in on the payphone. Heard him doing it.

It was totally a joke.

We just have to wait and see what Muschamp does, my body is ready. Hate the rumors, although I love the 12/4 update on the other thread.

You're not dumb. I have a slight reservation myself overall to the point if we miss on him I am okay with that.

I will add mine comes from how long he would stay here. I think an Odom might stay a little longer and might just bring similar results on the field, but to get a push on the D side of recruiting excites me about WM.

This guy is something else.

I don't think that line of thinking is Dumb in any way. I have little doubt that given tons of time we could find a better 'Game Day' DC. But IMO WM is our best option considering we need a guy who can provide the talent upgrade on D that we need as well.

This scares me. Back in 2011 coming off a NC we struck out on a ton of guys. Darby, Leonard Williams and a few others. We were set up to have a legit finish too

Nope that was 2011. We struck out on literally everyone we recruited including Jordan Moore who was a nobody we lost to TCU
