I wonder if Bert will complain that we didn't send him any video of JJ?

Probably will release a statement about how he supports NM's weed smoking since it slows things down

Bert is actually the coach I am looking forward to hearing the most. There is no doubt he will try to take shots at Auburn and then act like he doesn't understand why people keep claiming he has something against Gus.

USA Today and CBS had a story on it. The only thing lacking is a comment from the school.

I have a problem with the laws and lawmakers. I think the lawmakers that made and support these laws should be in jail. Dead serious. They are the real criminals IMO. They have fricked up millions of lives trying to legislate their moralities and forcing them on others.

I agree. This is no one's fault but his own. You can't blame it on the law, the police or whatever. This was a very stupid, selfish and poor decision that he got himself into.

We could say the same thing if he got cited for jaywalking or not paying a parking ticket on time. But we wouldn't because we realize those are silly tiny infractions that don't really mean anything in the big picture. Weed is the same way.

Technical illegality alone is not a sufficient standard to condemn a behavior. There has to be some demonstrable deleterious effect to society. Otherwise, we'd be enforcing a whole host of blue laws still on the books that no one gives a shite about.

LOL no. It's not Auburn's responsibility to keep this kid from smoking dope if he wants to.

It would be an outlier to the handbook if he does miss playing time for just this first offense

Nick was just trying to work his way up the ladder of rustle. Everyone knows you have to have some pre or in season to be a true Jedi of Jimmy Rustling.
