Marshall marijuana misdemeanor CONFIRMED

Update:
Before this incident last time Nick Marshall was seen smoking publicly was when he smoked Landon Collins in a race to the end zone.
Reynolds, GA Friday around 12:45pm
Marshall pulled over for window tint
Received citation for possession of marijuana less than 1oz..misdemeanor and fine payable of up to $1,000. Officer notes "residue" of marijuana.
Auburn University athletics policy first offense requires no missed playing time.
Ricky Parks is salty.

All I can tell you is that there is, at least at this time, no available public record indicating he has been arrested. The only place that has reported it is this winningbets.com outfit. I can't say it's not true, but I can say that - from what I know now - there is no evidence it is true. We'll see if that changes.
