Steele seems to be highly respected within the coaching ranks. We need to have a wait and see approach. Everyone wanted stability and someone who could recruit. He brings both.

This was the best defense we've had since probably 2008. 2010 may have been better, but if you couldn't see improvement then you must be blind.
Plus EJ is in an off the field position at USCe. LT is supposedly going to be their DL coach which is interesting, but LT isn't sought after for his coaching skills.

Well Gus better go find someone that can recruit since that's all he looks for. Because we just lost one of our best and if he keeps screwing around our class is going to end up a mess.
