Agreed. He should say it was an embarrassment. Nothing positive about a OT win against an FCS team.

Bros, we are 2-0. Nothing to get back on track yet, but if we play like we did yesterday we will be 2-2 with two conference losses next two weeks.
Maybe the Melvin Ray play against JSU will give JJ some swagger, which was completely missing yesterday. Zero confidence and that showed on the whole team.
That and we gotta start opening some holes some how for Barber. That guy reminds me of Ronnie Brown.

Thing is our "identity" is the zone-read option.
And JJ either *can't* run it or *won't* run it. Whichever it is, same difference. A good defense like LSU will stop the single-option zone-read with a quickness. If JJ isn't going to run the ball, we HAVE to be able to throw the damn ball.
And therein lies the problem.

I'm as a big a posibarner as you will find, but I just can't seem to find any fact that leads me to believe we don't get our shite pushed in by LSU Saturday. I'll be there, and by game time I will have hope, but I fear my hope will be gone midway through the 1st quarter.

I agree. We will rattle harris. But Gus need to get his fricking shite together. Very unhappy with Malzahns preparation.
