I know everyone is still upset about how we played vs JSU. But if our front 7 plays well and JJ doesn't throw them the ball. We can get this season back on track. Easier said than done though

It's possible. We will need to greatly improve though. We were missing a lot of guys today, but that is no excuse. We have some serious problems on the O side of the ball.

If JJ keeps homing in on his receivers, LSU's DBs and LBs are going to have a fricking field day.

This offense is going to get pwn3d in Red Stick unless we have some major, and I mean MAJOR improvements.

As long as JJ doesn't kill every drive like he did today, we are the better team and should win

It would really be nice if Gus ran his offense instead of this shite he's ran the last couple of games... For some damn reason he wants to be pass heavy, when we have the backs to run the damn ball..

We have to gain our identity back on offense...that is the hurry up no huddle. Gus needs to run what he knows and go with his gut.

Gus needs to call the plays that JJ can execute. That does not include seam routes. The TD to tie and the out passes are on the money. The over the middle passes are OK.

You must see something different than I've seen. I see a beat down coming.

I see it hard to beat LSU with 10 players on the Auburn offense vs their 11 on defense.

That said, we should scream 15-0 all week and just enjoy it. Let everyone get mad.

It's obvious we have luck on our side again... 15-0.

This is the biggest thing. The LSU game is going to hinge on JJ making throws and keeping the defense in check. If LSU can put 8 or 9 in the box and cover our receivers 1 on 1 without fear of JJ beating them then we won't move the ball at all. LSU has some sick pass rush on the edges and they will get after JJ.

This game is winnable, but JJ will have to manage the game and not throw it away to their DBs.

To me it comes down to 2 things. Are we healthy on defense? And can JJ manage the game?

If Lawson, Matthews & McKinzy are all good to go for LSU we can hold them to 20 something pts. On offense the talent is there if JJ just doesn't make the huge mistake.

We HAVE to start using JJ on the read option. If he keeps it maybe 3-5 times a game that is enough to keep defense honest & allow time for Barber to get up the field. This is a really weird team for me this season. In 2011 it was clear we didn't have the talent to play with the big dogs. In 2012 it was both talent & mayhem behind the scenes. I don't see that in this team. I just see an offense that can't get out of it's own way & a defense that can't stay healthy. We honestly don't have to get way better we just have to get healthy & stop making dumb decisions on offense.

We found ways to survive the first 2 games. Wasn't pretty but I will take 2-0 over 0-2

I would have preferred LSU to have won bigger last night. I was content with the way things were shaping up, our poor showing, LSU being fat and happy off an easy MSU win.

Now I think LSU will be a bit pissed the way they fricked around after the 2 td lead.

The game is a toss up imo.

I hope Gus saw the UGA game. Their QB play was atrocious and still won easily by relying on the run. PB should get 40 carries in Saturday.

Reading comments by LSU coaches and players bothers me. They are not happy. That MSU comeback is not what we needed. Also annoys me a bit that Gus is defending yesterday's win. I think he should be saying we are dogshit right now and we are pissed about being dogshit.
