I'm not going back and looking everything up, but he also took shots at our coaching staff. It did not help with recruiting. It doesn't matter how he actually feels, you don't talk about it in the media.

Well, let's be honest, Auburn is pretty much the university. I don't take offense to it. He liked it well enough to come twice and did great work while he was there. He was just throwing the crowd some red meat.

He also said something about the dysfunction with our coaching staff. We had just paid him over one million for one season. Just shut up and move on. You feel how you want about it. I equate it to what bert said about the A&M QB at the half. It wasn't needed and serves no purpose.

Bruh he immediately followed that up with something along the lines of, "I'm obviously joking, I love Auburn and have a lot of connections there"

But whatever fits your agenda

You mean like when Muschamp said he was hoping AU finds success, talked to Steele about the defense and is rooting for our players? LINK

I don't remember what exactly he said. There was a lot of talk on our board about coaches jumping ship when it happened. Had to do with the way the program was being run.

ETA I do remember there was speculation on whether he was talking about Gus or JJ.

That was all rumor, nothing was said publicly and it wasn't even confirmed.

Muschamp never aired any dirty laundry nor criticized the staff publicly. As I previously posted, publicly he has sung Auburn's praises other than playful jokes here and there
