Could be, but I know the retirement was a big enough deal for Tubs to keep all his no good buddies around for 10 years so they could be vested. Was worth him losing his job over.

One of the reasons my wife and I came back from Australia was I needed just one more year to get vested.

I started in 1999, but I remember the changes were pretty harsh for those who have been hired more recently.

Yes they were. Those changes would make me think twice before going into education.

This. All I care about is this abortion of an offense getting it's shite together. As long as Gus is here, that's what determines our success. We could have had the midget in tuscaloosa as DC, and still sucked with that shitshow of an offense we put out this year.
