Unless we have a 2012 redux, I don't think starting over is the answer.

I think the spread is the right idea to counter the deathstar that CNS has built.

We just have to find the right QB. If you do not have a QB who can do something special (run, pass or ideally both), these SEC athletes can contain it. It is not accidental that Cam (a six sigma QB) and Nick (a NFL roster DB on pure athleticism) can make a huge difference.

Name the coach who is going to run 2 back, 1 TE pro set and out recruit Saban for those power based offensive players?

remember when that was said about tre mason

I assume the implication is that KJ is undersized. That just isn't true

Kerryon Johnson: 6'0 210lb

-Good NFL RBs with similar Ht/wt combine measurement

Arian Foster: 6'1 215lb
Kenny Irons: 5'11 205lb
Darren McFadden: 6'2 205 lb
Lamar Miller 5'11 212lb
Chris Johnson 5'11 203lb
Lesean McCoy 5'10 198lb
Jamal Charles 6'1 200lb
Adrian Peterson 6'2 217

Even if you are worried about KJ's short yardage capability, that's probably why Kam Pettway at 6' 240lb will be brought in to be Mike Alstott reincarnate

Kenny Irons never played a real NFL snap. Tore his ACL in preseason and never recovered.

I originally was going to put other good CFB RBs but I got lazy and turned it into -NFL.

Irons just became N honorable mention as he played well below KJ wt

while that is true, he was a monster in college when healthy. He might be my favorite Auburn running back. His style was just so fun to watch. I'll never forget his 200 yard game against lsu in 05.... when he fricking called it getting off the bus.

you guys are setting yourselves up for disappointment.....this season, coach doublebubble will finish dragging the program down to a level not seen since the barfield days....open your eyes and take a look at the program....at the end of the 2014 season, 14 players made NFL rosters off of that team....F O U R T E E N!!!!!!! that team finished 8-5.....now, what would you say was the problem?...lack of quality players?.....i wouldn't think so, considering the fact that F O U R T E E N players went on to make an NFL roster.....the problem should be obvious

We may not be good. I have no idea and no expectations

Your comment that KJ for sure isn't going to be a full time RB was still fricking stupid

FIFY. You could have just said that to chiz and it would have been more accurate (though grammatically incorrect).

Did Doug Barfield win an SEC championship and almost a national championship in his first year as H.C.?
