It's game week, and we have a lot of free space in the beer fridge. What are some of your favorite beers for Fall? We need a good mix of "Man Beers" and "Lady Beers" for our viewing party this Saturday.

step one, hide all that DFH. that's too good to let the guests ravage.

What's your general area? that kind of determines availability. I'm guessing Louisiana or Georgia with all that DFH.

Seriously, this is a pretty good "all day" beer

I've been digging Cahaba Blonde lately. Like Jones said though, it's gonna depend on where you're located.

Where do you live? I didn't think Auburn got Bayou Teche.

I'm having Back Forty Truck Stop Honey along with Kentucky Bourbon Ale, which I see you already have.

We are in the Knoxville area. We have friends and family in New Orleans, so we always stock up on Abita, Covington, and Bayou Teche when we visit. You can get the DFH in Chattanooga now.

Anything Oskar Blues. I was a little disappointed with their new IPA. Not sure why they felt they needed it, honestly.

If you wanted local, non-objectional options for your light lager enthusiasts then I would add Bearded Lady and Cahaba's Blonde to 420 and Pils. Fat Tire is popular everywhere.

I usually drive into Georgia to go to Beverage World when I'm in Chattanooga.

I thought Tennessee had some weird laws about ABV%? I didn't know you could buy higher gravity beers in the state. Is that just applied to brewers?

We will be in South Alabama next weekend, so I'll look out for those. We'll have to get some Cahfunkta on the way to Baton Rouge as well.
