We can't pretend that we still have Nick Marshall/Cam Newton back there.

I wonder if Gus will have plays where Sean White lines up at WR when we start a JUCO QB next year

Damn . Those plays where JJ lines up as a WR is so high schoolish.

I get that on those plays you have to respect that he's on the field (although other than that one deep pass he made I doubt most teams are scared of JJ throwing it). I get that Malzahn is using those types of plays to set up trick plays later on. But when they don't work so often and stall out drives, you have to wonder if it's worth it.

Its designed to fake people out

Then one day, he will throw it to JJ. Its coming and I hope you are all waiting for it. In the mean time, we lose every single play he is in there

That's why I had TBD in parenthesis.

Gus has to get credit for 2013

Lol. If it wasn't clear then, it should be now that 2013 was a culmination of a lot of luck, a JUCO QB that Gus did not have to develop, and running the same play over and over again with a team that Gene Chizik recruited.

I'm just tired of being a terrible team. With the talent we've recruited, there's no excuse for the mediocrity we've experienced since really 2008. There's been no player development since the Tuberville era.

Yes we're all tired of having a crappy team this year. That's no reason to go full retard and bring the troll talking points to this board.

Ya those lucky 2 trips to the national championship & 2 SEC titles. It's really sucked....

Because before 2008 we played for so many national titles & all those SEC championships we won under Tubs
