Aubie seems to be viewed and treated differently than other mascots around the country both by students and children. There might be a person inside of him, but he sure does a pretty good job of being his own persona.

Couldn't agree more. Those suggesting we need to are gumps IMO. I wish we still had access to a flush button.

Yes, they use the name "Friends of Aubie" Actually 3 or 4 people. Their parents do wear Friends of Aubie Buttons at cheerleader table (Tailgate) and in the stands.
Count me as one person who likes that Aubie does not allow his head to be used. Not sure we are the only ones

Yall didnt know this? He's never been able to wear it and it always pissed him off. Usually they give him a helmet.

Aubie is more than just a mascot. He embodies everything Auburn.
Lee Corso doesn't deserve to wear Aubie's head.. And Aubie's head is attached to the rest of his suit so it's not feasible anyways.
