Nice straw man. I’ve said Nix has reached his peak..

Considering the improvement Bo has shown this year, I’d argue you have no idea what you’re talking about.

so he can shine, when really Auburn is his team and he’s the leader.

As Bo is the leader as well.

Btw we almost beat Bama with TJ at QB.

Not because of TJ. We would’ve won with Bo.

Without a doubt, just another layer of frustration.

No doubt, and last week too. Finley is bad.

Best case scenario for QB is for Bo to come back and give Geriner some time to develop so we can have an all out battle for the starting spot the year after.

For those arguing about being dragged out or going down. If it would have been deemed that Tank was dragged out of bounds the clock would have started after being set. Tank went out of bounds. He was trying to get the first down but needed to know the clock situation. It doesn’t matter because we had every opportunity to win after that play. Just convert the next play for first down the next play but we didn’t

Yep, no way that defender can hold him up if Tank just collapses his body.

Correct but that’s not the point I was making. I was making a point about officiating like some were implying Tank was trying to get down and the defender just dragged him out of bounds. If that’s the case the officials would have stopped the clock and then restarted the clock with a full 40 and started the clock. You can’t take an offensive player out of bounds to make the clock stop. Now I’d you’re running the sideline and get pushed out the offensive player put himself in that position.

My takeaway from this game is similar to the others. We really struggle to close things out. If you look back, there are usually 2-3 plays that, if we make them, put us in a position to win the game.

We started one drive at Alabama’s 25, I think, and ended up having to punt because Finley took a sack that you just can’t take. We kick the FG there, we win.

Tank running out of bounds and stopping the clock just can’t happen. Love his effort but that ended up costing us the game.

On the flip side, Alabama’s QB, won them that game by not just making the big plays but also the small ones. There were 2-3 plays on the last drive where we had him sacked and he had the awareness to get rid of the ball. We make one of those and it’s a different game since they were out of timeouts.

Harsin is going to have to get us more playing more consistent or we’re going to continue to struggle.

Yea, Coach Harsin needs to figure out how to finish. Thats 3 big games this year that we lost leads and ended up losing. Those 3 games flipped would have totally turned the season

Totally agree. He was really the difference in the game

Tanks run was inexcusable but it happened

TJ needs to learn not to hold the ball. Killed us last night.

New field goal kicker was solid and steady. The moment was not too big for him. Loved that

TD Moultry played the game of his life. Where has that damn guy been? Loved him last night

What else can be said about McCreary. Beast game

I'm still tilted. If we finish we are in Atlanta this weekend. Both our coordinators are average at best. I think Harsin is in over his head. When does Washington announce they have hired him away from us?
