Per AU sources via AUC
-Carl expected to play a lot vs. Ole Miss
-CL already had major impact on team
-energy was very high, best practices of the season by far
-Real ?s @ RB outside of Barber
-Will Roc ever stay healthy
-Can KJ play straight up tailback

Other sport notes
-Still no word from ACT on if they will accept Purifoy's qualifying ACT score or not
-Vaseball program atmosphere changed immediately when Butch was hired
-Team has bought in to Coach Butch
-Jamel Dean has been a stand out CB at practice
-expected to immediately contribute next season
-could be a S as well based on team needs & where he fits
-Darius James not expected to be a starter next season
-Horton expected to win the RT job over DJ if AY goes pro
-Tega is still rehabbing & has not practiced yet
-Had stress fracture this Summer in the leg he did not already break
-expected to practice before season over
-Staff pleased w/ all new OL
-Horton been best
-Harrell #2 & looks to be future starter @ OG
-Kim will not start @ C next year moving Golson
-staff likes Golson there til he leaves
-Staff very high on Slayton
-Likely a WR injury away from losing his RS & playing
-Atkinson been very impressive @ LB despite being undersized
-makes instinct plays some current LBs lack
-likely push to start next year
-Not as boastful as AUC on Carl's potential PT

Good to see you around Ellitor.
Any ideas as to why Jovon is in the doghouse? Does it stem back to that time he allegedly had words with Gus during a game over playing time?

I don't think Kerryon is ready for the every down role, but he will eventually play there. Needs to add 15 lbs.

From what I have seen absolutely but we don't need him to. I really like it when we get both him & Barber on the field. Kerryon is best in space & I think we are doing a good job of finding ways to get him there. The Barber/Kerryon tandem is gonna be fun to watch next few seasons

Butch is one of the best in the business. He has already made 2 tremendous hires & should bring in some serious talent. He should have been the choice a few season ago but better late than never. I am very excited about future of baseball team as I don't think it needs a complete rebuild. As shitty of a person Golloway was he did add some talent to this roster which should make Butch's job much easier to begin with

Carl told my buddy (works at AU) that he was definitely playing Saturday, although he didn't know how much he would be playing.

I haven't really seen him as a typical tailback. Reminds me of a Reggie Bush/hybrid kinda back.
I've wondered why we don't throw it to him more often.

If CL makes that big an impact and sparks that much energy in the defense, that means most of the defense is filled with soft arse players. Im happy CL is coming back though. Definitely needs a spark.
