There is a reason why Brahms still continued to play. Que the blitz in the A gap untouched

Jang, we're managing our roster and developing players now. Johnson or Council will be an improvement. Brahms will be a great pilot for Delta no doubt.

There are too many delusionals on this board and you’re a ringleader of this sad state of affairs, along with Jones and AUCE.

There's been no team that we've faced in the last three years that has not attacked the lack of physicality from our center position. Athlon has written about it. Let's see what happens with Johnson or Council.

If Brahms was as bad as you say he was (and he mostly was) then the reserves have already shown what they can do as a potential replacement under their own coaches eyes.

not normally, no

but when you start the season at #1 in the polls and have the greatest pure athlete in CFB history in your backfield, its a monumental failure

We were actually number 2 to start the season and moved to number 1 week 2.

Lost to UTk. Made it back in the top 10 lost to #2 UF. Made back in the top 10 and lost to Bama in a game we were probably the better team in the van Tiffin kick. Finished out the season 16th.

Oh the horrible years lol

I. Laughed so hard from this comment bc I remember watching games and Brahms would block some dude that was already blocked and Brahms would NEVER see that untouched LB/DB blowing right by him like he only had one eye left. So funny.

I’m not defending a shitty OL. As I said, there’s a reason Brahms continued to play. Coaches don’t normally play the shittiest players at each position.. Council might slide to center but he was probably the lowest graded PFF on our line last year. I don’t get you delusional “no loss” bros

I don't think Council will play much center.. he might not even be in the 2 deep at guard anymore. Coffee has been getting work there apparently. Council has had a lot of injuries that I don't think he even recovered from. He was arguably our worst OL last year and I don't see him being much better.. He was solid his first year before he got hurt though. I think Tate will most likely be the guy if Brahms can't go.

Edit to add I actually just looked at ON3 and someone else asked about this. Pink came in and said Council hasn't gotten any work at C. Keiondre Jones has taken a few reps on C and may be the emergency option if Tate doesn't work.

Council?

Did we get another Council via transfer portal or recruiting class? Because the one we had last year got his shite pushed in on the regular.

Apologies, I'm just reading practice reports like everyone else. I may have gotten my wires crossed on Council since he worked at center previously. I know from the same reports that Harsin had some praise for Coffee. He might be a guy that will come back next year so he can start.
