This was a Championship or Bust type of year. A/M loss - we didnt' recover. Offense has lost faith in the defense- their pressing. We haven't stopped a fake punt all year - special teams has gotten worse all the way around. This league is brutal - you have to improve each week and get the players ready to play or you will finish 9-3 at best. The fact we were not ready to play the last two weeks is very disappointing. Inexcusable.

I would think about changing DC's only if we can get a big name one. Ellis just seems tired.
