Maybe they are eying opening up, and masks are a way to try and calm fear.

Otherwise this isn’t very enforceable. But masks + distancing seems like a better option than a lockdown for most places. Hope it works

I suppose he can direct the BPD to enforce the ordinance.
However, there are so many flaws to this. I just dont think this would hold up in the court of law. Woodfin is doing this just to say he did something.

I have a problem with A.) where are people going to find this mask if they cant order them online?
B.) why tie up Law Enforcement for people going about their business.
