Why Is everyone scared of the triple option? GT gets beat by worse teams than us routinely. They don't scare me at all.

Watching Ga.Tech try to run a triple option against this years defense would be fun to watch.

They might as well join the SEC (West).

Auburn will face Washington in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Classic on Sept. 1, 2018. We had the news up earlier today around 6:30 a.m. We received some more information from the contract released via an open records request:

- Auburn's payout of $4.2 million is the highest in school history
- Auburn will be provided 40,088 tickets.
- Auburn will be the home team, but will wear its white uniforms.
- Auburn can host recruits at the game inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, but it can not have contact with the recruits.
- There is no obligation for Auburn to travel to the West Coast for a return game against Washington.
- Auburn athletics director Jay Jacobs signed the contract Oct. 26.

"Would prefer home and home"

Huskie stadium sits right on Puget Sound.

Would be an awesome place to watch a game.

I would just prefer to play quality road games or at least real road neutral fields, not in our backyard

Lets pump the brakes a little. I like the idea of going across the country to play someone but lets not give up on having home field advantage against a formidable opponent.

I will be happy in the new stadium screaming with the other 40K of you. Win baby win

You would be the first to crow we should fire the staff and JJ if we lost the real road games.

You overestimate me... I'm tired to and I had no intention of going any farther than that.

That timing all depends on what time I go to sleep. If I go to bed at 8, I cant make it till midnight.
