So a HS guidance counselor (Lynch) changed a grade because a HS PE teacher (Wilkerson) asked her to change a grade.

A second counselor (Starkes-Sykes) admitted making changes to Robinson's transcripts and told Memphis City Schools officials.

Sources familiar with the investigation confirmed to ESPN that among the things the NCAA is attempting to determine is what role, if any, Wilkinson might have had in the alteration of Robinson's transcripts and his recruitment by the Tigers.

Trooper and Luper pulled off the road and it is ASSUMED these are related, but Rivals and 247 both reported that this was for unrelated secondary violations and was self imposed by Auburn.

So a PE teacher has that much pull and Trooper knew that? Is that the big connection?

Robinson never played a down.

This is not the Reggie Bush deal Finebaum is pumping to the Bammers.

I have not read anything in any of these "new" reports that I did not already know about.

This nonsense is really getting old.

Isn't Auburn the one that pointed out the change in the transcripts anyway?

Yes two different counselors.

BSPN Article

What else is interesting in the BSPN article is they talked to Lynch (Counselor) smiled when asked about the PE teacher (Wilkinson).. BSPN then interviewed Wilkinson and lied and said that Lynch said the PE teacher asked her to change the grade. Wilkinson denied the charges.

In September, when Wilkinson was approached by ESPN and told that Lynch indicated she asked for Robinson's grades to be changed, Wilkinson denied the accusation. Wilkinson, a lifetime wellness and physical science teacher at the school, did confirm to ESPN that she traveled with Robinson to Auburn on one of his unofficial recruiting visits during his senior year. (This is not a violation)

Did she travel to other visits?

If this is true would the NCAA have even known about any of this?

From what I recall, auburn questioned why they had a different transcript than what the NCAA received.

That's what I remember too. If we really pressured someone to change a grade and then our admissions office question the transcript change resulting in us getting busted, we need to shut the fricking place down.

Just saw Mark Slabaugh and Tom Lungbill lay out the death scenario for Auburn with the firing of Chizik and the NCAA hammer that is coming from our Jovon Robinson recruitment. Amazing what passes for "journalism" these days......

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say she is probably more into scissoring than having her back blown out by a stud male athlete.

Eta: that is a female right?
