Connor Holliday was the QB that said that despite sucking himself. He might have 300 plus passing yards in a game but it routinely took him 50 passes and 3 interceptions to do so

I think he threw over 60 times against us and we had 4 or 5 ints.

I'm just going to put this out there, at some point Robby is going to have a not so great game, so we can't dogpile too much when that happens knowing what is the alternative. Hopefully the Calzada/Gernier understudy has advanced a bit more and Finley learns how to not underthrow every pass.

How many times last night did Scooter trip his own RB? 3 at least, and one was on 4th down. I’ve never seen that before.

The frustrating thing about TJ is, when he throws a good ball, it is fricking amazing. Perfect footwork, perfect spiral, pefect timing and placement. Some of those downfield throws are picture worthy

Then, he doesnt and it looks like bad Bo.

I think his biggest issue is consistency. He seems to have better mechanics than Bo when he is Good TJ. The couple of scramble plays he made last night were also excellent.

If we can get him to stop averaging 1.5 INTs per game, we might upset some teams this year. His overall completion rate is about 65% so far.

Agreed. I just laugh when he scrambles. It’s like slow motion. The announcers were amazed at the guy that ran all the way across the field to tackle him for just a minimal gain. I was like, well yeah. He’s slower than the Olinemen.

I honestly don’t think I’ve seen one play from TJ in the first two games where he didn’t throw to his primary receiver. I don’t think he makes any progressions.

Haven’t heard the podcast yet but a Zach Blackerby dude (never heard of him) is saying in his podcast that Calzada hasn’t been playing because of missing team meetings which kinda corresponds with a rumor I heard last week about how he’s taken to the Auburn coeds and parties.

Where is my man, Jamal, with the scoop.

Interesting. Blackerby used to be an Auburn beat writer guy I think with AU Undercover

He doesn’t read anything and doesn’t make quick decisions when he needs to. It’s a big time problem.

Yeah. It’s a deal-breaker problem. He ain’t it. Jeremy Johnson had the same problems (although I’ll say TJ is better than JJ)
