We have to play well up front and limit the big plays.
These two things will beat us.

Agreed.
And win the turnover battle. Mett still forced throws into double coverage and should have been picked off twice. We HAVE to take advantage of those opportunities.

Ya, we put the ball on the ground a few times last week. We were lucky to recover all but one.

Don't tell LSU fans. They will just tell you that completions just look way more awesome when forced into double and triple coverage. Mett was just showcasing his accuracy

Where do you think we'll be ranked after winning this weekend? Unranked to top 10?
Realistically 16-20 depending on how we win. If it is close and arguably should have lost/LSU clearly lost the game not us win it, then I could see us in the 20-25 range
I don't see LSU falling past 15 with a loss unless it is bad and I also don't see us jumping LSU unless we clearly dominate them

I will say he looked good throwing the deep ball. Our safeties must play well.

I feel like Miles is the new Tuberville but at a slightly higher level. Great at finding talent, unbelievable defense despite who is put on the field and an offense that is remarkably mediocre despite the talent level

This is the first year in a long time that I am not completely worried about this.
That said, at least one play action pass to Odell Beckham or someone will result in a 35+ yard TD

Also, saw Rhett Lashlee and his smokeshow of a wife at Moe's BBQ right before wing night started.
Considering we have so many coaches on staff, this is the first time I have ever seen them around in public.

I've seen Grimes, Smith, and Cheese all running around campus a good bit (mostly on Donahue)

Pretty funny thread actually

I'm with GenesChin, not worried about the safety play for once.
I'm worried about their RBs running up the gut if our D-line doesnt get a push requiring a step-over from the OL or #5 in. Agree Beckham will go do something big once in the game.
Hoping we can get outside in the run game as well as I think that will be a strength if we pull right and the WR hold the blocks. That'll setup the 2x Marshall deep throw we all hold our breath on. Hopefully they're working on him throwing away the ball if he's fcked with Freak Johnson around.

All depends if we can get a running game inside early unfortunately. If our OLine can't win the upfront battle, it frees up the LBs to look for speed sweeps

70% chance of rain. Helps or hurts? I say helps.
