We NEED a coach smart enough to make ADJUSTMENTS.

I was talking to someone complaining about JJ paying coaches. It’s worked ok for him. We have more NCG appearances in the past 10 years compared to 99% of the rest of college football.
That being said , my comments in no way say that we are a dominant football team. Just that our AD is actually pretty damn good when it comes to the business side of things.

I'd still take him. Talent gap is huge. Let's see how he does against UF, OM and UGA before saying he wouldn't be a good hire.
