Got pulled over on College St. in Auburn close to Price's BBQ leaving campus for speeding.
Went to court and asked the judge for driving school to get it taken off of my record since it was my first speeding offense.
The people watching that day was pretty good. There are a ton of idiots in this world.

When I was younger, I always took my tickets to court. I had to pay the fine, but adjudication was withheld. It didn't cost me any more than not taking it to court. Plus, the cop had to show up. I drove a unique vehicle in a not so big town. After a while of the officers having to go to court, I actually had a few just turn their lights on then off telling me to slow down.

Worst one I had to go to court for was a open container. Got pulled over in Union Town on the way home from Prattville. Cop pulled me over for a tag light being out..had a cooler full in the back, but had not drank a drop. I blew 0 when he made me blow, but he found an almost empty bottle of Vodka under my back seat and gave me one for that. I had to go all the way to the Marion court house to pay a $45 fine. I was so fricking pissed..would not let me mail it in.

I'm not a fan of cops. My hometown was a tourist destination and when the tourist weren't around, the over-manned per capita police had nothing to do but harass teenagers. I got pulled over 19 times in 3 years. 3 tickets, one of which was an absolute lie from the cop. I've been drawn on, cussed and yelled at a bunch and plenty of hours wasted while dipshits dig through every nook and cranny in my car. Not a fan, boo cops.

I personally have not, but my wife did very recently and she won. She was originally written a following to close ticket (this is the norm for when you rear end someone in ga). She fought it in court and explained how the person my wife rear-ended was at fault and caused the accident. The person was turning left at a T intersection, pulled out to where her whole vehicle was blocking one lane of traffic and hit the brakes. My wife was anticipating that the person was going keep going as there was no reason for them to stop, so she kept going to make her right hand turn, and rear-ended her. Not a major accident or anything, but still my wife was written the ticket. Judge sided with my wife, cop's jaw hit the floor.

You let them search your car. That's on you. If you were pulled over 19 times in three years and only received three tickets, you shoud consider yourself lucky.

He should have. When you rear end someone, it is always your fault.

I would expect nothing less from a slacker. 19 times and searches.

I was not going to be the first to say it.
19 times? Hell, I would have just started riding a bicycle.

Not my scene. I know it's tough for kids these days to understand, but not everyone smoked week back in the day.
