As a North end zone Tigers Unlimited Ticket Priority member, we want to let you know that Auburn Athletics has signed a partnership agreement with Allstate, a longtime supporter of Auburn Athletics and college football. Working with schools across the country, the Allstate Good Hands logo appears on field goal nets at more than 80 college stadiums including a majority of those in the SEC.
Starting this fall the Allstate net will hang during field goals and extra points in the North end zone of Jordan-Hare Stadium.

They only raise them for field goals then they are lowered.

Thanks,
Allstate

They tried endzone nets in Jordan-Hare before. Our kickers regularly kicked the extra points over the nets so they stopped using them.

Our season tickets are dead center north endzone about 20 rows up. Right where a lot of field goals come toward us and the occasional extra point that doesn't fly over our head. I'm disappointed they are adding the nets, although I will not miss occasionally get hit by kick when the opposing kicker id warming up before the 2nd half and I'm eating nachos not paying attention.

The nets better going down when a field goal is not being kicked though or I won't be happy.

No doubt.

They better not put them up on student side.

This smells of a ploy to end the football toss out

It's probably an unpopular opinion but I HATE that toss out tradition. Kinda tacky imo

Oh my gosh, the "tradition" of some random person in the North End Zone catching the kick and immediately throwing it back to the ball boy on the field is ending!

Whatever shall we do?

THIS MADNESS MUST END.

My enjoyment of the throwing the ball out exponentially increases with each drink I have. I giggle like a school girl. Totally with you when I'm sober though.

I'm glad I'm not the only Auburn fan who has no fricking clue when people use cardinal directions to talk about areas of JHS

I wouldn't consider it a tradition but it is entertaining during the game.

I am not going to protest or anything but Id like to see it continue if the students like it
