I will not get excited about our defense for a while. Even though I have tons of respect for Champ, I also had respect for Roof, who I think did the best job, Van Gorder and Ellis. None brought things back and there is a reason in there somewhere. All were good defensive coords at some point.

Show me and I will believe..

Until then, every game will be a shoot out in my mind

Sorry I'm late with the update guys. Here's what I saw after a brief look at Louisvillle:

-Papa Johns's Stadium is still a dump
-KFC Yum! Center still looks like an NBA arena
-Jewish Hospital still sounds racist
-The bridges over the river still suck

You guys are welcome

Well, looks like there is no need to play the game

Louisville has had all offseason to look forward to playing Auburn and apparently the time is paying off.

Cardinals linebacker James Burgess claims he's found some tendencies in Auburn's offense while studying film of the Tigers.

Louisville's LB has done what tRant has been praying SEC coaches could do since 2009.... Figure out Gus Malzahn's high school offense.
We need to offer that dude a GA position if he doesn't make the pros.

Didn't someone claim this in 2013 and we ran for like 400?? Idk too many 400 yard rushing performances to go through

they had one of the best statistical defenses in the country last year
is this not the case with Bama, LSU, Ole Miss, FSU etc? We destroy the best defenses in the country on the reg. Not worried about our offense

This year however, we have a DE that can rush the passer...a first round draft pick type DE....PLUS the number ONE DE recruit in the country playing on the opposite side of him. Our DL is going to be nasty this year

This game won't be close. We will win by 30. Gus will call off the dogs and pound them into submission by late 3rd qtr. Muschamp will play a lot of young guys. Just hope for no turf victim injuries and enjoy the show. The real test will come on the road at LSU.

LSU is in shambles and tDecline is real. I know we haven't won there in like 13 tries but I'll be damned if we don't win there this year we never will again.

Seriously though LSU is going to be really bad. No QB, new DC that has a bad track record, and a cooky Les Miles.

Devonte Fields has been cleared for UL.

Was the Big 12 AP player of the year as a FR in 2012 for TCU. Barely played as a SO due to injuries. Was then kicked off the team for domestic violence.

Well, that should certainly help them. He's a good player for sure.
