Was curious to see what happened with that JUCO prospect we offered back in the winter 3* CB Benjie Franklin.

Looks like didn't sign anywhere but committed to a D2 school. Wonder what happened there, guessing grades were still an issue

Correct. It was why AU went away from him.

I didn't word that well I meant Jamel Dean would be redshirt sophomore so he would also be eligible to leave. We could possibly lose both CBs after next season

We are the worst with the recruits that grew up fans of our school. I don’t even remember who all we have lost that were but Langham was the guy last class that grew up an Auburn fan that willingly walked away.

You've got to stop thinking of these kids as being "AU fans" like we are. They aren't fans. They liked Cam. Or their friends liked Bama so they want to be the contrarian and root for Auburn. Or they like the uniforms...but they're not fans. Their allegiance doesn't run deep like us. So stop thinking of them like that. Unless they grew up in some sort of AU family where they went to AU games all of the time or had a family member attend AU or play at AU, they aren't really an AU fan.
