My son played baseball against that kid while Nix was in Bham. He was an stud at 11. Nice kid too.

So, according to 247, Ohio State has commits from 11 of the top 100 kids and 8 from the top 40

Biggest surprise is that most of those recruits are from outside Ohio/Pennsylvania, their typical recruiting hotbeds.

The #2 & #13 players in the 2018 class are planning on visiting for the Clemson game
5* DE Xavier Thomas

Both think highly of Clemson so sure that plays a role but always good to get them on campus. Due to all the neutral site games this week AU seems to be a top destination for top targets this weekend
