@ToddHuberSS: Will download all my thoughts on #TheOpening this week, but 1st, the easiest one. Rashan Gary is the best DL to ever come through this event

Well let's hope Michigan continues to be a train wreck on the field this year and Muschamp does work. It'd be nice to have Gary/Cowart on the same DL for a couple of years.

If we somehow pulled Rashaan Gary off
Muschamp better commit midseason to a secnod year after a dominant display.

Lest it go unmentioned, Antwan Jackson was said to be pretty impressive himself.
I will be pumped to get him, and Manning
And Gary

Don't forget Clayton, need somebody on the other end so they can't double Cowart.

I was mainly talking about DT's, but yes Macho Man; Clayton, Manning, Newkirk, and I 'spose Marshall could be there.
It will be interesting if we land an unexpected DL late. Does Marshall get left out? Or, does his Fambly connect w/ Boom win out?

You are exaggerating big time. First off, just because he claims "280 pounds", doesn't mean he really is. Even if he is 280 pounds right now (which I seriously doubt as he's not super tall and therefore at 280 he should look massive) his playing weight could be drastically lower as players start dropping weight once fall camp hits and the season starts.

It's not like it's not believeable since he was already 260 lbs at the Under Armor game in January. To the last part the drastic drop usually happwns to the guys who are not very muscular correct? Byron is pretty muscular and IF he is 280I don't see him dropping 20-30 lbs needed to play Buck this season. With Elijah gone they may want him at SDE anyway.

Byron is up to 280 but the weight he put on is very good weight that he will not be dropping. I believe he will be SDE but he has the quickness to play Buck.

all that I was saying was he was sign to play the buck at 260 and that he has put on 20 lbs (which I think he will play SDE) but did not loose any of his quickness. From what I have heard. Holland size wise would be a good fit at the buck.

bullshite. You know how big he'd look at ~6'3 280 pounds of "good weight"? Shawn Oakman is 280 pounds of "good weight" at ~6'8/6'9 and he looks massive. For Cowart to be carrying the same weight on ~5 less inches of height he'd have to look WAY more built than Oakman, for example. 6'3 280 pounds is smaller DT measurables, and Cowart clearly doesn't look like a DT at all.
Where is he hiding all this weight? He looks buff on that "new" picture of him, but he looks nowhere near 280 pounds. Some of you clearly don't realize how much weight that is.

How is it not exaggeration? You are making finite conclusions ("Cowart has outgrown so and so position") based off of completely unconfirmed reports on his weight. AU writers "reporting" it doesn't give it any validity as they're literally just reporting what was said to them. Did they carry a scale around and personally weigh Cowart? No, he told them he was up to 280 and they reported that claim.

While I'm sure it isn't completely good weight, your 6'3 280 isn't reasonable point is stupid. NFL just picked a guy in the second round at DE with those measurements. He isn't "cut" but he doesn't look fat
