1: more of a whole class thing, but I do think Francois will be good.
2: never forget Barrett Trotter and Clint Mosley.

He certainly won't be the starter day 1. Give him 2-3 years and he has all the skills needed to thrive at AU.

So next year it looks like (if DF commits)...

JJ- Jr.
SW- So./RsFr.
TQ- Fr.
DF- Fr.

To me, that's gonna make it a tough sell to a 2016 QB recruit.

Agreed. No way we get anyone other than a total project to sign next year. Why would you?

Depends on who the starter is next year. If it's JJ then it shouldn't matter to a 2016 recruit, they'd have the same shot to win the job after JJ leaves as anyone else on the roster. A top prospect isn't going to be afraid of competing for a spot. Now if White is the starter next year that could definitely push 2016 QBs away.

A top 247 player, an Elite 11 participant, and a solid 2nd option at QB for the class of 2015. Yes, I am so excited.

They're melting pretty hard on the FSU 247 board

I bet so. I imagine the coaches aren't too happy either

I think Dre is FSU bound and adding some drama to his announcement. The "WDE" tweet was all I needed to see.

2016 DT Rochester told KN today that he "thinks" AU still leads even after his FSU visit.

that tells me his heart is with AU, but his brain makes him enamored with each school he visits when he gets that red carpet treatment. Which will make for an interesting recruitment, but we'll land him in the end.

Most top tier schools will have 2-3 guys that are 4* or better QBs on the roster.

I'd imagine that most QBs know that JJ is the LIKELY incumbent unless SW beats him. Either way, Sean White is the guy that most of the 2016 QBs will have to look at beating when it is their turn, and I don't see that happening. I think SW puts up bigger passing numbers than any QB we've seen at AU.
