FWIW 247 national basketball recruiting guy Jerry Meyer picked 4* 2016 PF Sedee Kelta to AU today. He visited a week or so ago & Hoke said he had an excellent visit.

Also Langford picked up picks for UK & UF.

@HooksAPR: AU is in a really good spot with Tyler Harris. This weekends visit could be huge. Would be a great addition to an already stellar class. WDE

@JamesCrepea: Former Providence forward Tyler Harris will spend all of upcoming weekend in Auburn, per his father. Visited Iowa St, GT last week.

Harris will play for Auburn. This weekend will seal the deal and he'll be here in three weeks for the start of summer 1.

What are the chances Harris decides after this weekend? It looks like Pearl and Co. are doing an excellent job selling the program when recruits are on campus.

Not known but the staff will push for a commitment while he is here per Hoke. He has 2 OVs left he can take if he wants to.

Good I'll take Purchase over Thompson all day.

About this Sedee Keita guy... I hope we get him, but what the hell kind of school is 22 feet Academy?

22ft Basketball Academy was founded in 2006 and located in the south of France. Since opening 22ft has operated all over Europe and South Africa with different camps, clinics, and event management. In 2013, 22ft Academy moved its headquarters to Greenville, South Carolina to allow players to attend a basketball specific finishing school.

The Academy aims to provide young basketball players the opportunity to train at the highest level and maximize their potential. 22ft’s objective is to educate, both athletically and intellectually, young players who have the goal of receiving an athletic scholarship to a college or university.

At 22ft we provide a ‘one stop shop’ for potential student-athletes to hone their skills. Our academy is ten months of intense basketball and education. We have partnered with Shannon Forest Christian School in Greenville so that our players get the highest level of academics. We place the emphasis on becoming a better student and basketball player to ensure that when a player graduates they are ready for their freshman year in college.

It seems pretty clear that this plan has been laid out since the season was winding down.

It seems to be executed nicely.

I really though Purchase was going to transfer...the way he didn't play at all the last 2/3rds of the season made it look like he was being groomed to transfer.

Sounds like a school hoping to profit off some future NBA players they gave a chance to. Very Findlay Prep/ Red Lion esque

I wish we went out, recruited some super athletic kid who is raw so doesn't have offers cause he can't ball. But he would be our human victory cigar.

Put him in when up 10+, play the dunk city alley oop game for the fans #Dreaming

Does Florida have any unsigned croots we can swoop in and steal now that Donovan is gone?

I was thinking the same thing. Their offer to Langford is pretty weightless now I presume.

All of Florida's 2015 recruits have not signed yet but 4* PF Noah Dickerson is the only 1 w/ an AU offer.

Yes but there are so many blue blood schools involved w/ him that AU is still a long shot.

Here's a scary thought. Would/could Florida pay the buyout for Pearl plus offer him $5 mil a year?
