I know as a Falcons fan I had about 7-9 beers on All 'Aints Day (7/9).

So do Saints fans just no longer give a shite about winning?

Got one ring just happy with 7-9 and lots of TD passes from here on out baws!

It's sad really. I used to cheer just against the Saints because ATL sucked. Now I have a reason to cheer and they'll cling on to NE winning a SB cause they're perennially 7-9.

At least we won a SB, you had your chance and blew it. :)

We'll see, but at least we can reasonable hope for a chance in 2017 while the Saints.........sit around remembering 7 years ago and enjoying going 7-9.

It is ignorant to go off of previous seasons, you guys were 8-8 the year before y'all went to the superbowl... each year is different... Carolina went to the Super Bowl then absolutely sucked the next season from the hangover, I predict the Falcons will not be over that monumental collapse and will most likely be last place in the NFC south, kind of like Carolina was last year.

You've gone 7-9 for 3 years in a row.
I actually predict y'all will break that streak this year and go 6-10. Congrats though.

Atlanta Falcons: Offseason Champions!!! Congrats on the biggest collapse in SB history!

Anyone can run their mouth but the teams will decide it on the field

No, NFC Champions.

The Saints haven't won anything since the 1st term of the Obama administration. We were in the Super Bowl last year with a defense full of 20 year olds. The Saints were celebrating sub-.500 seasons and passing yard titles.

Sure, if things change. The Saints changed basically nothing. You will be the same team you've been for 5 years, except Drew will be another year older.

We had basically an entirely new, young defense in the 2nd year of a new head coach who had a completely different system than the previous one. So, yea, it's a little different.

Yea, you don't actually believe that, but it's cute that you are trying to pass it off.

Well that's a pretty simplistic take of something that has a decent amount of nuance.

It's also cute that you're so proud of being runner-up.

Happy to win the NFC, sure. Devestated at the Super Bowl too. But I understand that NFC Title > 7-9 and that anyone with a brain believes our roster is in great shape going forward.

It's like South Carolina talking shite to Alabama because they lost in the National Title game.

Right. Spot-on analogy there.
