and who do you want to replace bert with if that happens

IMO regardless if changes are made or if no changes are made, our record will improve next season.

I don't know how you can have a defense like we had this year and not fire at least one guy. Someone has to fall on the sword here, that's just the way it's supposed to work. You've got to appease the masses

Guess well suck for 2-3 years until berts buyout isnt retarded.

If no changes are made and or defense doesn't show lot's of improvement. Bert's arse will be HOT AF in 2018.

Well I can tell you this right now, I don't really care what he does. There's 6 seats available on the 35 and parking in lot 44 that haven't been in the last 15 years. I'm done with Long and his consistent mediocrity.

Meh, I don't think a coach needs to be micromanaged by a bunch of half drunk armchair fans.
His job is to win, graduate players, and not get busted by the NCAA. If he wants to not fire someone (assuming it's not for a legal issue), then that's his prerogative. Frankly, I don't care if we win games 50-42 or win every game 3-0, as long as we win. If he doesn't do that, then he loses his job.
Now would I be surprised if someone doesn't get fired? Yes I will. But I'm not going to get upset about it.

So you're telling me after all the turmoil of the last 15 years, all the ups and downs and hitting rock bottom in 2012/13, a 7-5 season made your arse quit and somehow blame it all on Jeff Long?
Well......
Bye

I don't care if he fires someone or not. I do expect some to move on though.

Since he's been here all three of the major programs consistently win half their games. That's mediocre.
Yes it falls on him. He's the boss. I'm the boss and my employees performance is my responsibility.

Agreed. Bielema obviously has at minimum 2 more years with Arkansas. I'm not going to tell him how to do his job, or expect that I'm wiser than he on the matter. The truth is, he has cushion to do as he pleases as long as his buyout is so high. I also expect there will be turnover as some of the assistants have done good work in the past.
