How about Qualls today?

Mike challenged him (and he didn't have to get in his face, turn red, and spew spittle all over him like other coaches while doing it) and Qualls responded in the final 6:50, Ole Miss didn't have an offensive rebound, and Qualls had 4 defensive boards.

Just hope we aren't ranked #18 or #19 in polls this week.

It'll be hard not to make the jump. Ohio State lost tonight and Ole Miss actually proves to be a good win.

4-2 on the road now! Should be 5-1 really. We've been waiting awhile for this.

It is a great win against a solid Ole Miss team. Let us be honest, road wins against Ole Miss don't come easy. This team has really come a long way since the dreary Clemson game.

Madden... lets give him a few breaks, Broke the 1000 pts mark, was great with assists, shot a nice 3 and sealed with the awesome play at the end!

WPS!

That assist to Watkins for the game winner was a thing of beauty.

5-4 on the year now

Should have won at Clemson and Florida. That'd put us 7-2 on the road overall.

I think we can put that road woe narrative to rest. Some commentators were still trotting it out there this year, saying we couldn't win away from Bud Walton and totally disregarding our road wins last year and the SMU win. Dari Nowkah even brought it up after the game last night and said it's officially done. But we came into to game with a winning record on the road. It was already done!

Meanwhile, Bama went 0-9 on the road last year but they don't have the same stigma attached to them for some reason. It's like the producers for our games can't think of any original story lines, so they always talk about our road struggles, even though we don't struggle on the road anymore.

We can't win on the road.
Mike can't recruit.
Madden sucks.

The stigma is definitely there, but our offense is so bad that they harp on that instead. Y'all play a fun style so the main thing that gets brought up for a storyline is if you can win on the road.

This sounds somewhat like a rhetorical question. But still here's an answer, bama is expected to suck. While people expect more out of Arkansas. They hold us to a higher standard.

Typing that out just now.. I realized the SECr might need to be educated to that fact

Considering they weathered the storm of shitty refs again and pulled that out in a sold out arena on the road, I'm very proud.

And I've given Madden hell all year and yelled at him yesterday even but he made a hell of a decision on the final play.

The only reason why it was/is/will be brought up about Arkansas is because we don't lose at home, that often.

There were/are/will be worse teams on the road each year than Arkansas, but the story line won't be "can't win on the road" because they also can't win at home, pointing out their road record is viewed as just piling on a bad team. Ms. State has been the worst road team in the SEC the past 3 years, but you never hear about their road woes because they have winning game woes over all.
