Agim looks to be alright. Hopefully bumper pool and the kid from Ashdown pan out as well

I'll be honest. While Petrino got what he deserved, I'd still take him over Bert (minus mistress banging). We at least got to a Sugar Bowl under him in the best the SEC West has been. We haven't even sniffed it since Bert has been here, and the SEC has been relatively down as well.

Who wouldn't? He got himself fired though so it's pointless to dwell on it.

I think everyone would agree if you could somehow grantee that his off the field issues never came up again but that isn't a reality. He made his bed.

Agreed. I just find it funny that people try to denigrate his on-field accomplishments because of his personal issues. I'm over Petrino. That ship has sailed. But I'm not going to say that "Petrino left the cupboard bare" or "set us up for failure" or anything like that. His recruiting wasn't on par with some of the blue chip schools, but at least he had goals when recruiting.

Btw, I don't hate Bert or anything either and I hope he succeeds. I'm just starting to lose a little faith as things go on.

Who was the five star DB he landed?

Winston. Wasn't he the consensus #1 DB coming out? Never lived up to the hype unfortunately.

Bust is harsh but he was never great. Probably had a lot do with the lack of reps on defense similar to what we found out was Nutt's MO with throwing the football.
