For all the shite we give A&M for giving Sumlin his enormous contract simply for beating Bama in 2012, we gave Bert a worse contract for beating injury-riddled LSU and Ole Miss teams as well as the worst Texas team in my lifetime.

Well, I'm still mad. It probably didn't help that while laying in bed waking up the first thing my husband says to me is, babe I'm sorry your team is god awful. Then smiles. a-hole.
Who knows. I'm the forever optimist so within a day or so I will be the village idiot excited and hopeful to beat Aggie.

It pisses me off because myself, my family, we give them money.
We collectively probably give too much money and buy too many tickets. But still...it's our money.
We haven't seen any return on Bert. When we are 3 games in to season 3 and I'm asking myself if I even want to go to another game this season, something is wrong.
I can't even make my money back on face value of tickets when we suck. I've got a room at the Courtyard beside Joes Crab Shack just down from Jerry World I am canceling today.
To make matters worse...Bert is now a health risk for me. I'm a healthy person. I have one bowel movement per day. I don't have diabetes. I have a normal blood pressure. I eat fairly healthy. I workout and I am a pretty attractive guy, so women aren't an issue. Now, 3 games into the 2015 season I've got a case of the shits, I've binge eaten during 2/3 games, I didn't go run all last week, my blood pressure is through the roof, and I've threatened to whoop a woman's arse. This just isn't healthy any longer.

We went to every fricking home game in 2012, 2013 and a few games last year. 17-0 and 30-0 gave me hope, but that hope is completely gone now and won't easily return. I've seen too much shite football the last few years and two I didn't renew my tickets this year for convenience reasons, and I'm glad now.

Today my other half and the kids are going to Oktoberfest and I'm staying home working on my staircase. Therapy for all. I'm knee deep into rebuilding them and want to focus on that all day. It takes all my attention so no time to think about a lifetime of being a hog fan.
