If we come out this week and play like the physical team from last year then there is hope.

If we come out flat again then this will be a long season.

My prediction was 10-2

We could lose this week and still make it!

I want every fricking player puking in practice this week. Last week was a fricking disgrace. If they can turn it around then we can still win 8

This week will define the Bielema era.

y'all are so much more potentially positive than i am right now which is good- i'm having a delayed melt i suppose.

i really have little faith left and won't be surprised in the slightest if we suck it up this weekend and all of them going forward.

In all honesty we should have won that game by 3 TD's, which I honestly believe if we would have had 2-a-days that we would have. Less practice ='s less reps to perfect the snap counts and form. It's also clear that we have been practicing the passing game much more than the run. Our RB's looked like they where trying to pass block even when they ran the damn ball(IE running into the Defense instead of lanes).

100% agree.

If we lose to a soft arse Texas Tech team in our home stadium, a team that we thrashed on the road last year, then my mind will have been made up once and for all on Bielema.

Which is unreal considering how high I was on him just 4 short days ago.

Before Toledo, I was 100% sure he would have us back on track. Now my faith in that is lost. There's no reasonable excuse for us to have lost that game in year three. Not after the progress we've made. I still believe he deserves a minimum of four years, we can't keep losing coaches.

Though I doubt it'll be quite that bad, I'm just bracing to lose TT and every SEC game.

Although losing to Toledo is concerning, I still have a positive outlook for this season. Our defense played good enough for us to win easily but our offense just didn't come through for us.

If the offense figures out what the hell they are doing this weekend, our defense will be good enough against Tech to get us a win.

Yeah this week seems like it will define his career. We lose here and it could be a 4-8 or 3-9 season. The stark contrast between Bielema and Nutt and Little Rock success is mind boggling.

Nutt loved LR and embraced the games.

Bielema hates it and I have a feeling our OOS players wonder why they are having to fly to a home game in a 1960s stadium.

Tech has a weak dline. If we cant run vs tech then frick just line up in shotgun every play.

The coaches should have enough leadership to get the players up for every game.

I can melt in game like no other, but as usual I'm back to being positive. I go into watching all games believing we can win and this is no different.

That said, Tech has a horrible defensive line and their coaching is a shite show IMO. If we lose to that shite team at home, we are done for in conference play. Season will be a disaster.
I hope we beat them senseless.

Nothing makes me more sick than seeing a team that's flat or doesn't seem to care. Pisses me off to no end.

If we're outmatched, fine. But to lose to a team with far less talent bc we don't seem to give a frick?...

If they had outgained us or we had turned the ball over multiple times I'd be pissed. I think this game was truly odd and an outlier for us. We were overconfident, I think that was clear, but we thoroughly dominated that game for the most part. Embarrassing as it was, we get back on track this week. 48-28. Hogs

Was a tough Sunday but one that made things clearer in the end. We had a productive Monday and back on practice field tomorrow. James 1: 2-4

wow, love it ...
