For those of you that get Christmas bonuses, how many employees does your company have?

We have 35 at my location and between 500 and 1,000 throughout the entire company. We get an extra week of pay as a bonus, as well as gift cards and a raffle for prizes donated by our vendors. I think there are 3 TVs and 2 Yeti coolers this year among the prizes.

Roughly 94,000 employees worldwide. We get a Christmas Bonus, and a yearly performance bonus based on a multitude of factors. The performance bonus is ultimately a percentage of your gross income that year.

In the survey, 78 percent of respondents said their companies are offering a year-end gift or bonus, up from 53 percent a year ago, according to the survey of about 100 human resources professionals in November.

About half of companies awarding bonuses plan to give monetary bonuses based on company, departmental or employee performance, up over last year's 44 percent.

The other half of respondents said their companies are handing out smaller monetary or nonmonetary gifts, typically worth less than $100, including gift cards, cash or a gift.

Total company has 9 branches and 350+ employees throughout all the departments. Our location has 42 at last count, and we're expecting to add at least 10 when our new building is done. That's another thing our company is good about, keeping our facilities in top condition/technologically advanced or building new buildings as the old ones deteriorate. These kids don't have any kind of appreciation for a nice work environment, which is a terminally underrated part of any job. They're just there to make their money and go home, while the older employees actually care about the company.

400 employees

I get a bonus equal to a certain percentage of my salary. This year it was 10%. It has been as high as 29%.

One more thing Petit Jean ham fans. You must have never had a Smithfield ham. That's the real deal.

In my experience, we always cooked the ham and never got it sliced. Much better. With it being sliced, it got dried out too much.

I wanna try the gift box set with the bacon/sausage/ham combo.
