Dude, my wife makes the stuff (banana pudding) that is the real deal. My moms recipe. No Jello mix, but the real cream vanilla banana with vanilla wafers . Yum.... Tell me how much to have her make and we will be meeting somewhere close to Batesville for a ham/pudding swap.

Serious as Tyson Cancer.... For Sure...

And yes, I am being absolutely serious.

A real trade for homemade banana pudding for a Pettit Jean ham.

????

And it is the real stuff. Fresh bananas, not those that have turned brown already.

Milk, real bean vanilla (From Mexico, the real alcohol) Vanilla wafers, Butter, slowly heated and made with my wife's love..(No dirty thoughts intended)

BTW Pio... I am closer to you than you realize, perhaps we have had our paths cross a few times.

Gary Anderson is truly a great Superintendent for the Bville school district imho. And a friend.

my fave nana pudding is Paula Deen's and it's called 'not your mama's banana pudding'. It is different but it is divine.

He no longer teaches.

We could have a 20 page thread about his past.

Don't worry he'll bring some outdated drug info to prove he's a dunce momentarily.

We seem to have become such an 'entitled' society.
Folks 'expect' and BIG Christmas bonus and feel slighted if they don't get as much as they expect.

Yes, a company that I worked for for 20 years gave Christmas bonuses. A Burges smoked turkey (Lewisville Ar) and an amount of cash that was somewhat reflective of how the company did that year. Some years it might just be a couple hundred, on a really good year as much as 500.

We were all very appreciative, but none felt that the company was 'obligated' to do so. Just thankful.

I agree with the part about people becoming entitled, especially younger ones. I'm only 28, but I feel like the age gap between my generation and the one 5-10 years younger is massive. "Kids" these days are the most entitled, selfish, and attention-seeking I think the world has ever seen.

My current job, which I've had for 5 years now, is the first I've ever had that gives out any kind of Christmas bonus and I'm extremely thankful for it. We get $50 turkeys at thanksgiving, a Honey Baked ham at Christmas, $800-$1500 cash depending on how the company did that year, and $2500 in our 401k. We also choose a charity by taking votes and then sell raffle tickets for prizes to raise money, and you can usually walk away with some pretty awesome stuff like a yeti cooler, flat screen tv, razorback gear, etc.

Anyway, even with ALL of that there are still younger, newer guys that complain about the $2500 going into the 401k instead of cash in hand (on top of what cash we already do get), that they'd rather have a raise instead of a turkey or ham, or that they didn't win a cool enough prize at the raffle or one at all. It blows my mind and pisses me off when a 19-25 year old kid with a high school education comes in, works for less than a year, and has the attitude like he/she is somehow owed MORE for their entry-level services that just about anybody could do.
