Yeah. Like I said in my post: he's still annoyingly obsessed with vertical plating, which kind of makes his food look dated and very 1990s. Otherwise, he's pretty on point and does a good job, though.

And La Hurtya for Mexican was where Old Geauxt ended up.

The irony there being he had access to some of the best Mexican in the state by wanting to eat in Springdale... but he ended up at La Hurtya.

I DIDNT PICK IT!!!

I can't help it that young 30 something year olds can't remember to pack their Goochy draws!!

My Hanes boxer briefs are always in my bag..

Btw, haven't had indigestion in 15 years, but after eating at "La Hurtya", I got up and actually found an old, chalky and flaky, roll of cherry flavored Rolaids..

And in all honesty, La Huerta isn't bad. They have a very successful formula that they've replicated at quite a few locations. They have some fajitas with chorizo that are really good... and they do have big margaritas.

Just Springdale is known for it's taquerias (to the point that they've launched a Taco Tour to celebrate them). La Huerta ain't on the tour.

Oh well, next time.

I'm actually up there all the time,, lots of friends and customers for a looooong time, always in such a hurry that I never stop and enjoy. I saw Susan's, it wasn't very far down the road from DoubleTree, I'll definitely do that soon.

I'll start asking y'all stuff in advance.

Had the pineapple tangerine chicken at Pattaya Thai last week. Was pretty darn good.

I thought the place might be a hub for Human Trafficking in NWA since Pattaya in Thailand had the highest concentration on sex slaves on the planet and most are trafficked in from other countries.

Only one really young looking girl was working so the jury is still out on the trafficking. It the food was good.
