Surgery would have wrecked the entire shoulder, so that wasn't a "real" option.

Not really, I think Pittman likes the location being close to his "home".
I don't think they are tied to the hip, one may have recommended the other initially and it was a matter of convenience with both looking for a job.

I heard it stretched the ligaments until the shoulder didn't want to stay in place if hit very hard. Two options, long rest with therapy, or surgery. not being in the medical field, I have no clue if this is even possible?

Sounds plausible.
Same options given to me.
Wait and let it heal, or rehab all the other stuff we tear up when we go in to fix that one issue.

They seem to get along great and have good chemistry but I highly doubt they're inseparable. If we end up giving Chaney the boot, the I doubt it affects Pittman. We can always pay him even more.

Yeah you guys always talk about this hush hush stuff right when I leave work. That's a 45 minute period I can't check the board (I F5 all day long when at a computer) and I always miss the good stuff

The new SOP for posting super secret info should be announcing in advance you'll post something at a later, specific time. Then when that time comes, post it and leave it for 5 minutes before deleting. All in favor say Aye Aye.
