I have zero problem with losing Ash and Taver but this one leaves me scratching my head a little. I don't know what went on behind the scenes obviously but from what I could see he was doing a great job.

People were "screaming" for changes all season long, now they are happening.
Result: Like having assistant coaches who are wanted, having a HC get rid of what he sees as "dead weight" is a new concept many fans are struggling to grasp.
