Sad to say: Collins's injury is what lost the game

Just my observations:

There were about 4-5 penalties called on Arkansas that left me scratching my head. Maybe there was an equal number of missed calls to offset, but I doubt it. It seemed like every time the hogs offense got going in the first half, a phantom penalty would kill it. It made me sick, because we've been in that spot 100s of times versus Texas.

It seemed pretty clear to me that Collins's injury destroyed the hogs offense. Collins fell badly on his leg, and was grimacing on the sidelines in obvious pain. It's not that BA was forced then to make throws, (short ball to sprinkles notwithstanding) it's that with Collins out (even when he was in in OT, he didn't take carries, which leads me to believe he was still hurt and in as a bluff) the Aggies defense had a good idea it was going to be a pass play, and our pass defense has been very good.

If Collins is healthy, the hogs probably win that game.

Turnovers and penalties lost the game for Arkansas. The game certainly wasn't won on the back of Brandon Heimlich Allen.

Collins injury hurt our momentum. We had them on their heels.
